    Yes, I have passed the National Home Inspectors Exam to be more well versed compared to the Florida Home Inspectors Exam. Additionally, I have expanded my training with InterNACHI under their Certified Professional Inspector program. We do hold General Liability Insurance, as required by the state of Florida, as well as Error and Omission Insurance.   • How Can I schedule an inspection?

  • What services do you offer and what do you charge?
  • How long will it take to receive my report after the inspection?
    We strive for same day; however, depending on total services included and the time of day the inspection is completed, it may take up to 24 hours.
  • Do you charge a mileage fee?
    Most inspections do not see a mileage fee; however, depending on the distance there may be a small fee added. When using our convenient online scheduler, you would see if a small mileage fee is applied.
  • What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
    We understand that unforeseen circumstances come up. Please let us know as soon as possible by texting or calling 904-907-9173.
  • Can I add additional services after I schedule my inspection?
